Michael Deane is hoping to revolutionise the eating out scene in Belfast.
Providing the people of Belfast and beyond with local food, cooked with flair
and imagination and served to perfection is his sole business objective. His
two directors John Brown and Derek Creagh share his ambition. Their passion
is evident. They work hard because they really believe in what they are doing.
At Michael Deane's restaurants, the food is straight forward but inspired,
just like the man himself.
John Brown and Derek Creagh spend a lot of time together. As a result their
relationship can be volatile, much to the amusement of the rest of the staff,
but the winning combination of Derek's food and John's service management
underlines their mutual respect.
