Michael Deane is hoping to revolutionise the eating out scene in Belfast.
Providing the people of Belfast and beyond with local food, cooked with flair
and imagination and served to perfection is his sole business objective. Both his General Manager/Head
Sommelier Alain Kerloc’h and newly appointed Head Chef Simon Toye share his ambition. Their passion is
evident. They work hard because they really believe in what they are doing.
