Michael Deane is hoping to revolutionise the eating out scene in Belfast.
Providing the people of Belfast and beyond with local food, cooked with flair
and imagination and served to perfection is his sole business objective. Both
his General Manager/Head Sommelier Alain Kerloc’h and Executive Chef Derek Creagh share his ambition.
