The challenge: to cook for The Olympic Feast
Great British Menu is back on BBC TWO at 7.30pm every week day from Monday 9th April 2012.
Watch out for Head Chef, CHRIS FEARON, from DEANES AT QUEENS RESTAURANT on BBC TWO’s popular series Great British Menu. CHRIS FEARON is competing in the NORTHERN IRELAND regional heat which transmits from Monday to Friday from April 9th at 7.30pm on BBC TWO.
This year’s challenge is to create a ground-breaking menu fit for Olympic heroes; celebrating the arrival of the London 2012 Olympics and demonstrating the extraordinary Olympian heights the talented chefs can reach.

British Olympic legend Sir Steve Redgrave will host the gala event with a glittering guest list of British sporting greats.
For CHRIS FEARON to make it to the national finals they must get past RICHARD CORRIGAN (chef veteran judge) and then face the Great British Menu judging panel, Oliver Peyton, Prue Leith and Matthew Fort in the regional final.
CHRIS FEARON’s Menu for the competition is:
